?A Message of the Chairman of ThCS

Dear Our Members,

Thai Continence Society (ThCS) under the Thai Urological Association under the royal patronage was founded in 2010, by the gathering of urologists who were interested in functional urology. Professor Wachira Kochakarn was the first president of ThCS. As a result of the devotion, harmony and willingness of ThCS members to work together as a team for over ten years, ThCS has developed many academic works and activities to distribute knowledge about functional urology to physicians and nurses.

I am grateful that I have been entrusted with this responsibility to be the president of ThCS. I intend to continue all current projects as well as develop strategies by collaborating among peers and multidisciplinary teams in order to create multicenter research, encourage continuing medical education in the field of functional urology, create guidelines and distribute advanced knowledge to all areas of the country.

To accomplish these objectives, we need the collaboration and perspective of all members.

I sincerely hope that our members will collaborate in order to develop our society to be recognized internationally and can share their knowledge among peers to create new and effective therapeutic strategies for patients now as well as into the future.
